100 Miles in March
The Water Gardens took on the 100 Miles in March Mind walk to raise awareness for mental health.
We joined thousands of incredible Mind supporters in taking on the challenge. Whether the miles were walked, ran, or hop-scotched, the most important thing was getting out and moving in support of better mental health.
Mind's mission is to make sure anyone struggling with their mental health has the resources they need to feel better and institute life-long mechanisms to support their daily life. The team at Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem, and campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
